I’m a multidisciplinary artist, scenic painter and maker based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I work across murals, faux finishes, giant paint-by-numbers, scenic painting and all sorts of wonderfully strange things that involve paint, colour and craft.

Before you ask
What sort of projects do you take on?
Giant paint-by-numbers, faux finishes, scenic art for stage and film, murals, hand-lettering, furniture, props and costumes. If you are not sure whether it is my sort of thing, ask anyway. It probably is.
How does pricing work?
Every project is different, so I quote per job once we have talked about scope, surface, materials and timeline. Events and workshops have set rates that scale with group size.
Do you travel?
Yes. Winnipeg and around is easiest, but I travel for the right project. Travel outside my home area gets added to the quote.
How far ahead should I book?
Most jobs need a deposit to hold the date, and lead time swings with the season. The sooner you get in touch, the better your odds of the date you want.
Do you teach?
I do: faux finish workshops, school visits, community programs, and the practical handywoman skills nobody ever showed you. Pick “Teaching or a workshop” above and tell me what you would like to learn.
Can a crowd really paint a giant paint-by-numbers?
They can, and it is the best part. I draw and number the canvas, mix the colours, and set it up so anyone who can hold a brush can add to it. Weddings, birthdays, fundraisers, festivals and corporate days all work.
